Rights and Obligations
The person on duty to move is obliged to ensure the safe movement of trains and vehicles, to monitor the condition of barriers, traffic lights. In case of threats to the safety of train traffic, give signals to stop the train. The transfer officer is subordinate to the track foreman (PDB).
The duty officer is obliged to keep 50 meters of the track on both sides of the crossing in good condition (straighten the ballast, remove garbage and snow, etc.). At semi-automatic crossings, the person on duty, in addition, opens the barriers himself. [1] .
