The Nizhniy Dobrinsky rural village is a municipality in the Zhirnovsky District of the Volgograd Region . It includes one village Nizhnyaya Dobrinka , which is its center.

Geography
From the border crossing of the rural settlements of Verkhnedobrinskoye, Nizhnedobrinskoye and the urban settlement, the Krasnoyarsk border extends eastward along the field road 0.8 km, to the northeast along the field road along the forest belt - 1.7 km, in the same direction, crossing the Krutye Yashli swamp - 0.8 km; arable land - 0.7 km to the northwest, 1.4 km to the northeast, 0.2 km to the north-west, and 0.2 km to the north-west, crossing the forest; then on pasture land along the Podshturma forest - 2.4 km to the border crossing of the rural settlements of Verkhnedobrinskoye, Aleshnikovskoye, Nizhnedobrinskoye and the urban settlement of Linevskoye.
History
The Nizhniy Dobrinsky rural settlement was established on February 21, 2005 in accordance with the Law of Volgograd Region No. 1009-OD [3] .
Coat of Arms
In a scarlet and green field, separated by a silver wavy band on the right, with a golden head encumbered with a scarlet flame, on the upper left is a golden bunch of eight ears of corn, fan-shaped and tied with a bow of the same metal; bottom right - a golden cup-brother, damask in its lower half.

Infrastructure
On the territory of the Nizhny Dobrinsky rural settlement there is a secondary school in which 145 students are studying, a kindergarten, which is attended by only 41 children, the MUK Nizhnedobrinsky rural culture house "Dobryanochka", a library. And also located FAP, Nizhniy Dobrinsk branch of the Russian Post, savings bank, 8 outlets, a bathhouse, the Church of the Nativity.

Territorial public self-government
In January 2006, at the initiative of residents, two TOSs were created and operate on the territory of a rural settlement: TOS No. 1 Gorelovka and TOS No. 2 Kutok. In 2007-2008, TOS No. 1 “Gorelovka” became a diploma student at the regional competition “Best Territorial Public Self-Government of the Year”.
