Stanisław Kostka of Gadom ( Polish: Stanisław Kostka Gadomski ; 1718–1797) - governor of Lenchitsky from 1787 , marshal of the Sejm , lieutenant general of the troops of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth , subcommittee of Sochaczewski and clerk of the general coronary army of 1760, the old town Rogatinsky . He was under Stanislav Augustus Poniatowski envoy in Prussia [1] [2] .

Biography
He accompanied the exiled Stanislav Leshchinsky to Lorraine , where he underwent military training at the Knights Academy in Nancy . During the War of the Austrian Succession, he served in the French army. He took part in the Silesian Wars on the side of Prussia . After returning to Poland, he was a supporter of the pro-Prussian party of the Potocki .
In 1747, he became adjutant to the hetman of the great crown, Jozef Potocki . In 1752 - 1754 he received a pension from the French ambassador 400 ducats per year. In 1757, he became major general of the crown army, and was appointed to the Assessor crown court. In 1760 he became a military deputy in the State Tribunal of Radom. In 1762 he became lieutenant general.
In 1760 he was elected ambassador to the Val Diet , in 1764 to the Convocation Diet , in 1766 to the Chaplik Seim ), in 1767 to the Repnin Seim .
He voted for the election of Stanislav Augustus Poniatowski as king. In 1766 he was awarded the Order of St. Stanislav . Joined the Radom Confederation . In 1767, he was a member of the Seimas delegation, which arose under the pressure of the Russian ambassador N. V. Repnin , with the aim of creating a constitution for the Commonwealth [3] .
On the recommendation of the Prussian ambassador, he was a member of the permanent council . In 1786 he was elected Marshal of the Sejm and awarded the Order of the White Eagle .
