Geography

Manue is located 35 km southeast of Metz . Neighboring communes: Fossier in the north, Malokur-sur-Sey in the north-east, Aboncourt-sur-Sey , Lanfruacour and Be-sur-Sey in the south, Armokur in the southwest, Array-et-En and Azhonkur in the northwest .

History

  • The village was completely destroyed during the Thirty Years War , rebuilt in 1635 near the original location.
  • The commune was severely damaged during the First World War of 1914-1918 and the Second World War of 1939-1945.


Demographics

According to the 2007 census, 135 people lived in the commune.
