Molashiye-ye-Yek ( Persian ملاشيه يک ) is a city in the south-west of Iran , in the province of Khuzestan . Included in the shahrestan Ahvaz . As of 2006, the population was 20,883 people [1] .

Geography
The city is located in the west of Khuzestan, in the central part of the Khuzestan plain , at an altitude of 19 meters above sea level [2] . Molashiye ye Yek is located a few kilometers west of Ahwaz , the provincial capital. The distance to Tehran , the capital of the country, is approximately 550 kilometers in the direction of the northeast.
