- ↑ Anna Kuznetsova. Svetlana Kekova. Eastern kaleidoscope. Znamya magazine No. 2 for 2002 - “Svetlana Kekova’s poems are most often non-antagonistic. They live in the same senses, without voice utterance; with gestures, without facial expressions. The quietest words pop up, as if from under the water, one at a time, two at a time - how much will fit in the bubble of air produced by the poet at the utmost depth of consciousness. Almost always they are stanzas, often double-stitched and lowercase. The world of her poetry is defined in spatial boundaries with a merciless compass. ”
