Teaching Style

According to James Ismail Ford, “Anderson is one of the first people who worked hard to popularize the name of Dogen (Japanese thinker) in the West. He also did a lot to connect the ideas of Zen with modern psychology, based on ancient Buddhist teachings such as Abhidharma and Yogachara , and at the same time, on research and paradigms accepted in today's Western world.
