Tho , ឍ, tho veak tybey (Khmer. Veak tybey - third varga; varga - a number of alphabets) - the 14th letter of the Khmer alphabet , the rarest consonant letter of the alphabet.
In Sinhala, Pali corresponds to the letter mahaprana dayanna murddhaja , in Burmese Pali corresponds to the letter daiyhmou , in Thai Pali it corresponds to the letter thophthau - ฒ (old man).
