Lumparland ( Swede. Lumparland , Fin. Lumparland ) - a community in Finland, on the Åland Islands . The area is only 87.06 km², of which 50.8 km² is occupied by water (6th, the smallest community in Finland) [3] .

The main village of the community is Klemetsby, where a bank, church, post office and school are located. In the eastern part of the community is the port of Longnes . The highest point in the region is 60.7 m above sea level.

Population
As of January 31, 2011, 392 people lived in the Lupparland community: 201 men and 191 women. As of January 31, 2012, the population is 397 people, of which 204 are men and 193 are women [4] . The population density is 10.95 people / km². The official language is Swedish.
Finnish is the mother tongue for 5.58% of the inhabitants, Swedish for 91.37%. Other languages are native to 3.05% of the community.

Attractions
Among the attractions of the region can be noted the local church of St. St. Andrew, which is the oldest wooden church in the Åland Islands (built in the 1720s).
