Biography

Born into a poor peasant family. Bashkir . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1943. He graduated from 7 classes. He worked on the collective farm as a secretary of a district court.

He was drafted into the Red Army on June 25, 1941 by the Salavat regional military enlistment office of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. On the fronts of World War II - from June 1941. In battles with the Nazi invaders, he acquired several army professions: both the shooter, the mortar man, and the signalman. In 1942 he was wounded; after being discharged from the hospital, he became a scout of the artillery regiment.

On 14 December 1943, in the battle for the enemy stronghold in the village of Gavryushi, the Gorodok district of the Vitebsk region of Belarus, the commander of the intelligence department replaced the out-of-command platoon commander and, adjusting the battery fire, helped to destroy two guns, three machine guns and more than fifteen Nazis.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of January 21, 1944, for the exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with the Nazi invaders, Senior Sergeant Harisov Farrukh Harisovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree (No. 22535).

On the third anniversary of the start of World War II, on June 22, 1944, in an offensive battle in the vicinity of the village of Dvorishche, Polotsk district of the Vitebsk region of Belarus, the commander of the intelligence department of the 559th artillery regiment (47th Infantry Division, 6th Guards Army, 1- 1st Baltic Front) Senior Sergeant Farrukh Kharisov set the coordinates of the mortar battery and five machine-gun points that were covered by artillery division fire.

On June 23, 1944, in the battle for the village of Leskovo in the Polotsk district of the Vitebsk region of Belarus, the fearless senior sergeant was one of the first to burst into the enemy trench and shot down three Nazis with machine gun fire.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 20, 1944, for the exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with the Nazi invaders, Senior Sergeant Harisov Farrukh Harisovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree (No. 850).

On October 14, 1944, in a battle near the village of Sili, located seven kilometers southeast of the Latvian city of Priekule, Kharisov F.K., adjusting artillery fire, helped to destroy two large-caliber machine guns and about a dozen fascists. When the enemy broke into the firing position, a brave warrior in hand-to-hand combat and from an assault rifle destroyed three Nazi soldiers. He was wounded, but remained in service.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 24, 1945, for the exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with the Nazi invaders, senior sergeant Harisov Farrukh Harisovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree, becoming the full holder of the Order of Glory.

But the glorious son of Russia was not destined to learn about the high appreciation of his military work, and did not happen to meet the long-awaited Victory Day, which he brought closer in battles with enemies ...

Senior sergeant Kharisov F.Kh. died of wounds in the hospital on January 13, 1945. He was buried in a military cemetery in the city of Dvinsk . The name of the full holder of the Order of Glory Farrukh Kharisov is embossed on a granite obelisk [3] .

“In a battle on October 14, 1944, in the area of ​​the village of Seeley, the Latvian SSR, acting as a spotter with fire in the battle formations of an advancing company, under strong enemy machine-gun fire, risking his life, skillfully adjusted the battery fire and destroyed: 2 easel machine guns and 10 Nazis . In hand-to-hand combat at the junction of the Bolshaks, 3 Germans were destroyed by machine gun fire. Being wounded, he did not leave the battlefield, but remained at his post and, under continuous enemy fire, adjusted the fire of the battery, which ensured the mastery of the infantry at the junction of the Bolshak at the village of Seeley. Despite the poor state of health, during the counterattack he continued to control the fire, which ensured a strong retention of the occupied line. ”

Memory
