Geography
The village of Dubosekovo is located in the west of the Moscow region, in the western part of the Volokolamsk district, about 6 km south-west of the city of Volokolamsk , south of the source of the Shchetinki river of the Ruza basin [2] . A horticultural non-profit partnership is assigned to the village [3] . The nearest settlements are the villages of Gorbunovo , Safatovo and Stremoukhovo .

History
In the βList of Populated Placesβ of 1862, there is a state village of the 1st camp of the Ruzsky district of the Moscow province on the left side of the road from the city of Mozhaisk to the city of Volokolamsk, 39 miles from the county town, at the pond, with 37 yards and 249 residents (120 men, 129 women) [4] .
According to 1890, there is a village of Sudnikovsky volost of the Ruzsky district with 158 souls [5] .
In 1913 - 41 yards [10] .
In 1919 it was included in the Timoshevsky volost of Volokolamsk district [11] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union population census , the village of Stremoukhovsky village council of the Timoshevsky volost 5 km from Ostashevsky highway and 13 km from Volokolamsk station of the Baltic railway, 279 residents lived (129 men, 150 women), there were 56 peasant farms [7] .
Since 1929 - a settlement within the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. By the decree of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of July 23, 1930, the okrug as an administrative territorial unit was liquidated.
1929-1939, 1957-1963, 1965-1972 - the village of the Gorbunovsky village council of the Volokolamsk district.
1939-1957 - the village of the Gorbunovsky village council of the Ostashevsky district .
1963-1965 - the village of the Gorbunovsky village council of the Volokolamsk enlarged rural area .
1972-1994 - The village of Karmanovsky village council of Volokolamsk district.
1994-2006 - the village of Karmanovsky rural district of Volokolamsk district [12] .
Since 2006 - the village of the rural settlement Spassky, Volokolamsk municipal district of the Moscow region [13] [14] .
