History
The settlement was first mentioned in 1292 during the reign of the Galicia-Volyn principality [3] . The territory of the Galicia-Volyn principality at that time was under the rule of the Golden Horde; since 1349, for more than four centuries, this region came under Polish domination, and as a result of the first division of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth fell under the rule of Austria (Austria-Hungary). After the First World War and the collapse of Austria-Hungary, this territory became part of the Polish Republic . In September 1939, it was occupied by Soviet troops and incorporated into the Ukrainian SSR [4] , and the settlement of Pereginskoye entered the newly created Stanislavl (now Ivano-Frankivsk) region and in 1940 received the status of an urban-type settlement. From June 1941 to July 1944 - German occupation, during which the entire region was included in the Galicia district [4] . After the liberation by Soviet troops - again as part of the USSR, and since 1991 - as part of Ukraine.
