Creation History
The development of the 2P32 combat vehicle was started in 1958 as part of the 2K8 Phalanga complex , which is being developed in parallel with the other Bumblebee anti-tank missile system , at OKB-16 (now the Design Bureau of Precision Engineering named after A. Nudelman). The main difference from the "Bumblebee" was the radio command missile control. The machine was adopted on August 30, 1960 [1] by a resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 930-387 as part of the ATGM 2K8 “Phalanx” [3] .
Design Description
The 2P32 combat vehicle was created on the basis of the BRDM-1 armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicle, the main armament of the vehicle is 3M11 Falanga anti-tank missiles . 2P32 is capable of launching missiles at a speed of 2 rounds per minute. The time of bringing into a fighting position is 30 seconds. Ammunition is 8 missiles. Each missile has an armor penetration of 500 mm. The radio station P-113 [1] . Missile control is carried out over the air. Additionally, the machine has an RPG-7 manual anti-tank grenade launcher .

- The 2P32 combat vehicle, installed together with the 2P26 and 2P27 combat vehicles, can be seen in the Military History Museum of Artillery, Engineering and Signal Corps in St. Petersburg .
