The flag was approved on September 29, 2010 [1] and on March 29, 2011 it was entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 6791 [2] .
Description
“A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, separated by lines connecting the upper corners with the middle of the lower edge, green at the top and red at the edges and reproducing figures from the coat of arms of the settlement: two yellow sheaves tied with a common ribbon, to which a silver anchor is suspended in the middle in the ring and above the sheaves of greenery are three white roses with yellow cores. ”
Justification of Symbols
The village of Vannovskoye bears its name from the beginning of the 1890s. Earlier here (since 1868) there was a German colony Eigenfeld, then it began to be called the village of Vannovsky in honor of the hero of the Russian-Turkish war Peter Semenovich Vannovsky . An anchor from the coat of arms of the genus Kotwiz (to which belonged the Vannovskys) - symbolically indicates the connection of the name of the settlement with a representative of a glorious family.
An anchor is a symbol of hope, a symbol of salvation in a stormy sea of life, a symbol of security, strength, confidence and stability.
Two sheaves of bread tied with a single ribbon - symbolize the agricultural orientation of the settlement focused on growing cereals.
Roses on the flag of the Vannovo rural settlement bear a double burden. Firstly, they symbolize the German colony Rosenfeld (translated from German as the rose field), located next to the Eigenfeld colony, now the village of Sheremetyevskoye , which symbolizes the friendship between neighboring settlements. Secondly, roses as a symbol of love and devotion, symbolize the love and devotion of the inhabitants of the Vannovsky rural settlement to their small Motherland.
The green part of the banner is a symbol of the farmland of the settlement, which today constitutes over 75% of all the land of the settlement.
Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.
Red color is a symbol of strength, courage and valor, labor, beauty and celebration.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
