The village of Ivano-Annovka is located on the right bank of the Wet Moskovka River , upstream at a distance of 2 km is the village of Kamennoye (Volnyansky district) , the city of Zaporozhye is located downstream at a distance of 6 km, the village of Natalovka is on the opposite bank. A drying creek with a dam flows through the village.
