The flag was approved on April 19, 2010 [1] and on March 29, 2011 entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with the assignment of registration number 6730 [2] .
Description
"A rectangular panel with a width-to-length ratio of 2: 3, consisting of two unequal horizontal stripes separated by an upturned arc — blue and red (the maximum width of the blue part at the edges is 2/3 of the width of the cloth, the minimum width in the middle is 1/3 of the width cloths); on the blue band, the stylized sun is reproduced in yellow color, as if coming out from the upper edge of the cloth, the red image shows the rooster standing on a hand millstone, and in the middle of the cloth, on the border of the strips, three figured crosses are painted in white. ”
