Daniel A. Lilker , born October 18, 1964 , Queens , New York ) is an American musician best known as a bass player [1] who also owns a guitar and keyboards. , drums and vocals . He is the bass player for the thrash metal band Nuclear Assault and the founder of Anthrax (with Scott Ian ) and Stormtroopers of Death (with Scott Ian , Charles Benante and Billy Milano ) [1] . He also played bass with the bands Brutal Truth [1] [2] , Exit-13 [1] , Malformed Earthborn [3] , The Ravenous , Overlord Exterminator , Venomous Concept , Crucifist , Nokturnal Hellstorm and Extra Hot Sauce . He currently plays in the United Forces group, founded by members of SOD [4] . He participated in the recording of the album No Matter What's the Cause of Holy Moses , which was released in 1994 [5] .

In 2009, it was announced that a journalist from Chicago, Dave Hofer, was writing a biography of Lilker [6] .
In January 2014, he announced his desire to move away from full employment as a recording and touring musician [7] . It was also announced that the Brutal Truth group will cease to exist on the fiftieth anniversary of Lilker (October 18, 2014) [8]
