Emperor Konin

Emperor Konin ( 光 仁 天皇 ko: Ning Tenno:) is the 49th emperor of Japan , who ruled from October 23, 770 to April 30, 781 [1] . The name is Shirakabe-o [1] . The Japanese posthumous title is Amatsu-Hitsugi-Takatsugasu [1] .
