“ Flint is a time-traveling detective ” ( Jap. 時空 探 偵 ゲ ン シ ク ン jiku: Tantei Genshi-kun , Jikuu Tantei Genshi-kun , literally. “Gensi-kun, detective of space and time”) - an anime series for children [2] created at Group TAC studio. The protagonist of the story is Gancy ( Jap. ゲ ン シ ) , renamed for showing in the USA as Flint Hammerhead. This is a boy from the prehistoric era , who was brought back to life from a fossil and became the “Detective of the time”. The premiere took place in Russia. On the REN-TV channel from November 8, 2002 to March 30, 2003 on weekends and with repetitions from April 30 to June 26, 2003 on weekdays. and then on TV-3 from October 9 to December 3, 2007 and from March 26 to May 23, 2008.

Story
The plot revolves around the adventures of Flint Hammerhead, "The Detective of Time," a boy from the prehistoric era who was revived from a fossil and became the Detective of Time, although his competence as a detective is dubious. Just like in the "Inspector Gadget" , the "brains" are Flint's friends - Sarah and Tony Goodman, who accompany him on travels. Flint, in turn, fights with the enemies, along with his father, Rocky Hammerhead, whose partial revival made him a feeling, talking stone with a face. Rocky, turned into a hammer for Flint, served him both as a military weapon and as an adviser. Flint's job was to travel back in time and convince the Runaways of Time, small, cute creatures, join him and defend the time line. Usually he fights with Peter Fina and her accomplices, Dino and Droplet, the servants of the Dark Lord. The Dark Lord himself wanted to use the power of the Fugitives to attack the Earth of Time, the native place of the creatures. The fugitives in Time are similar to Pokémon in that they are small, cute creatures and can turn into stronger forms for a while to confront dangerous enemies; they usually have two forms: the evil form caused by the magic of the Dark Lord (in the form of the Seal of Petra or the Mark of the Freak), and the good (caused by Flint and his team).
