Biography

Vadim Nikolayevich Yakunin was born on June 14, 1973 in Tolyatti [1] .

In 1990 he graduated from the secondary school of secondary schools with in-depth study of individual subjects number 10 G. o. Tolyatti , in 1995 , the history department of the Samara State University . [one]

In 1998 - 1999 he worked as an associate professor of the Togliatti branch of the Samara State Pedagogical University . [one]

In 1999-2001, on a voluntary basis, he worked as director of the Togliatti-Orthodox Charitable Foundation and chairman of the parish council of the local Orthodox religious organization of the parish in honor of the Holy Trinity in Tolyatti.

Since 2003, V.N. Yakunin has been working as Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation [2] and Professor of the Tourism and Recreation Department of the Volga State University of Service in the city of O. Tolyatti Samara region . [one]

Scientific Activities

He graduated from the postgraduate and doctoral programs of Samara State University .

In 1998 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences on the topic “The Patriotic Activity of the Russian Orthodox Church and the Changing of State-Church Relations during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 ”.

In 2003 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences on the topic “Legal status, position, activity, external relations of the Russian Orthodox Church during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 .” Scientific consultant - Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Khramkov L.V. [3]

V.N. Yakunin is a member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Tourism, a full member of the Academy of Military Sciences , the International Slavic Academy of Sciences, Education, Culture and Arts, the Russian Geographical Society . Since 1995, a member of the Togliatti writers' organization. Author of over 180 scientific papers, including 6 monographs.

Social activities

V.N. Yakunin was one of the organizers of the Togliatti-Orthodox Charitable Foundation and the local Orthodox religious organization of the parish in honor of the Holy Trinity in the city of Tolyatti, in 1999–2001 . headed these organizations. [1] The Foundation organized the construction of the Christ Nativity Chapel in the Central Square of Tolyatti and the construction of an architectural ensemble around it.

Member of the public council for strategic planning Tolyatti. [1] In the early 2000s. was one of the organizers of the creation of strategic planning bodies of the city of Fr. Tolyatti: public council, strategic council and working group.

In 1998 - 2008 He was a member of the Council for the State Religious Expert Evaluation under the Government of the Samara Region. [one]

Since 2009, member of the Expert Council for the State Religious Expertise under the Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region,
