Piskunova Street is a street in the center of Nizhny Novgorod . It starts from the Zelensky Congress and goes to the Upper Volga embankment .

It was laid at the end of the XVIII century on the site of the Small Ostrog of the Upper Posad. Initially (according to the plan of 1770) it was designed three times wider than the main streets of the city. Partially preserved ancient ramparts - therefore at one time the street was called Osypnoy.
The current name of the street was in honor of the revolutionary A.I. Piskunov (1870-1924).
