Family
Great-grandson of Ivan Khromoi , representative of the Davydov-Khromykh family of a small industry of descendants of Akinf the Great . The youngest son of the boyar Fyodor Davydovich Khromy and the daughter of the boyar Y. Z. Koshkin . His older brother Grigory Fedorovich was also a governor and a boyar. Married to the daughter of Semyon Romanovich Yaroslavsky , had a single son, Ivan Fedorov-Chelyadnin .
Service
In February 1479 and 1495 he was in the retinue of Ivan III in his campaigns in Novgorod . In 1501, in a rank of deceit, he accompanied the heir to the throne, Vasily, to Tver , which was transferred to him for administration. In April 1508 he commanded a regiment of the right hand in Vyazma in September of the same year, already the third governor with the same regiment went to Dorogobuzh to help the troops there.
