Restoring the bypass line in the center, according to two options, either: 1. Extension of the path along Ibragimov Boulevard , Zapototsky Street (as an option of Prolomnaya Street) to Revolutionary Street , 2. Construction of a new connecting path along Chernyshevsky Street . This is done to allow wagons to bypass a special emergency and loaded with trackless section in the area of the "Central" shopping center without traffic delays. In addition, it is planned to provide third-party financing for the construction of the tram line from the Goskirk stop to the Zelenaya Roscha Sanatorium stop, with the organization of a terminal station on the territory of Planet Shopping and Entertainment Center (with the prospect of extending the line along Entuziastov Street to the Sipaylovo and Northern residential areas tram network) and the dismantling of the reversal rings "Sanatorium" Green Grove "" (for development) and "State Circus" .

In the future, this ring is closed, starting a tram along Blucher Street (though not a fast one, as planned before, but a regular one). The next step will be the tram line on Mendeleev Street: in 2017, construction of a branch will begin that will connect the Tea Factory with rails ready by then in the area of the Glumilino residential area. Around the same time, Mendeleev Street will be connected to the tram depot No. 1 named after S.I. Zorin, as well as a branch will be returned to Lenin Street - on the site from Ibragimov Boulevard to Revolutionary Street. The next step is a branch from Rossiyskaya Street in the Ufavodokanal area to Sipailovo and further along the microdistrict - along Ufa River Embankment Street or Yuri Gagarin. A new line is also planned from Tram to Chernikovka and a line to Zaton. The city treasury will take on some of the costs, they expect to get everything else from investors.
