Geography

The village of Khrulevo is located in the north-west of the Moscow region, in the northern part of Volokolamsk district, about 11 km north of the city of Volokolamsk , on the left bank of the Black River ( Ivankovo ​​reservoir basin ). Neighboring settlements are the villages Rechka and Spass .

History

In the β€œList of populated areas” of 1862, Khrulyovo is the owner's village of the 2nd camp of the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow province on the left side of the Klin highway (from Volokolamsk), 13 versts from the county town, with wells, nameless rivers and ponds, with 15 courtyards and 131 resident (60 men, 71 women) [3] .

According to the data of 1890, it was part of the Bujhorod volost of Volokolamsk district, the number of male souls was 56 [7] .

In 1913, there were 28 courtyards and a zemstvo school [8] .

According to the materials of the All-Union census of 1926 - the village of the Bludsky Village Council of the Buygorodsk Volost of Volokolamsk Uyezd, there lived 201 inhabitants (83 men, 118 women), there were 35 farms, there was a school [4] .

Since 1929 - a settlement in the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. By the decree of the CEC and the Council of People's Commissars of July 23, 1930, the districts as administrative-territorial units were liquidated.

In 1994, the Moscow Regional Duma approved the provision on local self-government in the Moscow region, the village councils as administrative-territorial units were transformed into rural districts [9] .
