Biography
Ivo Krbek was born in Zagreb on August 23, 1890, in 1912 he graduated from the University of Zagreb . After receiving legal education, Krbek occupied the position of professor of administrative law, which he held for more than 50 years with a two-year break (1932–1934 [1] ), during which he served as mayor of Zagreb. Ivo Krbek was the only mayor of Zagreb, who had the title of academician [2] .
October 17, 1958 Krbek became a full member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts , which, given that he was an ethnic Croat , speaks of an extremely high appreciation of his activities.
