Biography
Born in a family of employees. He graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of the Volgograd Polytechnic Institute (1978), after graduating from the institute he worked as a foreman at the RTI plant in the city of Balakovo, Saratov Region , then as an economist at the Volgograd Tractor Plant , and as the head of a department at the Volgograd Drilling Equipment Plant . In the early 1980s, he joined the meta-group of Saratov poets "Cocoon" ( N. Kononov , S. Kekova , B. Borukhov, A. Pchelintsev). [2] [3] In 1983 he moved to Moscow. He worked as an industrial waste engineer. LITO visited Tatyana Glushkova for some time. How the poet made his debut in 1973. In 1990-1994 - co-founder and editor-in-chief of the literary and art magazine "Verb" (together with Alexander Shatalov ), which later was transformed by them into the publishing house of the same name. The magazine “Verb” in August 1991 for the first time in Russia released a separate book, the novel “It's Me - Eddie” by E. Limonov (the total total circulation of the book published by the “Verb” is 500,000 copies). Here, for the first time in Russian, the novels of J. Baldwin , W. Burroughs , as well as the first editions of E. Limonov , N. Medvedeva , E. Kharitonov , D. Harms , M. Volokhov, and other authors were published.
In the mid-1990s, N. headed the Rendezvous-AM publishing house, which created the biographical dictionary “Russian Writers of the 20th Century” (Ch. Ed. And compiled by P. A. Nikolaev .
