History
It arose in the second half of the 18th century as a farm, as part of the Mglinsky district ; the original name is Kiselev Spoon , later Kiselevsky Khutor . It was the most eastern settlement of the Mglinsky district and the entire Little Russian part of the present Bryansk region. Since the 1920s in the Khmelevsky village council.
