Amber Beach is an annual beach music festival in the Kaliningrad Region ( Russia ). Held in July since 2010 .

It was first held in the city of Amber in the Kaliningrad region from July 23 to 25, 2010. Invited guests of the festival were the bands Covenant , Dieselboy , Everything Is Made In China , Vopli Vidoplyasova , as well as producer and remix author Timo Maas [1] [2] . Even in spite of bad weather, the festival, according to various estimates, was visited by 3 to 4 thousand people. Thus, the festival became the largest in the Kaliningrad region regular mass event of musical and entertainment orientation.
The second time the Amber Beach festival was held from July 15 to July 16, 2011 in the city of Zelenogradsk , where he moved in connection with the start of amber production at the first venue [3] [4] . The number of one-time visitors was limited to three thousand people. This time, invited artists were the English musician and DJ Paul Okenfold , the German project Sash! as well as the duo Lyroe Thornhill and Martin Herger Smash HI-FI. Dozens of journalists accredited to the event, including foreign ones. The stars of Amber Beach 2011 praised the level of organization, site and reaction of the Kaliningrad public. According to preliminary estimates of the organizers of the event, about six thousand people visited the festival space in two days, including guests from the Baltic countries , Muscovites and residents of other cities of Russia .
The third festival was held in Zelenogradsk from July 13 to 15, 2012. Scooter and Dancing Minus acted as headliners. The stage was shared by artists such as Ronski Speed and DJ Jerome.
The fourth festival was held in abbreviated mode on August 31, 2013 in Zelenogradsk. Star guests were DJ Westbam (DE) and Solarstone (UK).
In 2014 and 2015, the festival was not held.
At the end of 2015, the return of the festival was announced. The fifth festival will be held July 29-30, 2016 in the city of Amber. Enter Shikari (Great Britain), Gus Gus (Iceland), Megapolis (Russia) have already confirmed their participation.
