Lukyanov, Alexander Gavrilovich

Alexander Gavrilovich Lukyanov (born February 15, 1953 , Stanislav, USSR , USSR ) is a Soviet and Russian pop composer and singer . The author of more than 500 songs from the repertoire of Masha Rasputina , Philip Kirkorov , Alla Pugacheva , Natalya Senchukova , Natalya Vetlitskaya and other pop stars. The most famous compositions: “Let me go to the Himalayas”, “I was born in Siberia”, “Atlantis”, “Eyes of the color of whiskey”, “Primadonna”, “Thunderstorm in St. Petersburg” and others [1] .

Biography

Alexander Lukyanov was born in the city of Stanislav (Ukraine) and raised in Syzran .

In the fifth grade he became interested in rock and roll . Created a school group. I myself learned to play the guitar. He experimented with recording on a portable tape recorder, laying out famous songs on guitar parts and recording them in stages, by the method of multiple overdubbing.

Unable to get a professional musical education, after leaving school he left for Moscow, where his older sister studied at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute . According to her instruction, he entered the MPEI, the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, specializing in Semiconductor Devices [1] .

In his first year, he created his own rock band, but soon transferred to the main staff of the Harmony institute ensemble. As part of the ensemble, he toured extensively throughout the USSR and the world ( Angola , Cuba , Bulgaria , Germany , etc.). At the end of the institute, he entered graduate school , but, without completing his dissertation, he applied for resignation.

He got a job as a musician in the House of Culture of the Hammer and Sickle Metallurgical Plant, where he worked for five years.

For several years he worked as a musician in restaurants, at the same time wrote music. Having recorded the tape, he showed the material to Igor Matvienko , who introduced Lukyanov to Leonid Derbenev . According to the composer himself, this meeting was the end of his solo career.

Family

Wife Irina, daughter Catherine and granddaughters Dasha and Ulyana Lukyanova.

Creativity

Having co-authored with Derbenev the song “Summer is not winter”, performing it at the festival “ Song of the Year 89 ” and making the video, Lukyanov stops singing for a while. At the poet’s insistence, he offers the hit “Summer is not Winter” by the already popular singer Masha Rasputina at that time. Together they create most of the songs for the albums Urban Crazy and I Was Born in Siberia .

At the same time, the composer gets acquainted with Philip Kirkorov, who also performs the song “Summer is not winter”, and also agrees with Lukyanov to create new songs.

Alexander Lukyanov created 30 songs for Rasputina and more than 20 for Kirkorov. The total number of songs created by the composer exceeds 500 tracks.
