In 1965 he entered the Ruzaevsky Polytechnic College, which he graduated with honors. After which Nikolai Vasilievich in 1969 joined the work of OAO Ruzkhimmash. In 1977, he was appointed deputy head of the machine shop, who he headed two years later. In 1978, N.V. Burmistrov entered the correspondence department of the Mordovian State University. N.P. Ogaryova , specializing in mechanical engineering, and in 1981 graduates from postgraduate studies. And in 1983 he became the head of the production and dispatch department of the plant; then, in July 1984, he became its director; subsequently, Burmistrov led “Ruzkhimmash” for over 16 years.
In 1992, Nikolai Vasilyevich was elected Director General of OAO Ruzkhimmash , established on the basis of the enterprise. With the development of car-building production on the basis of the parent enterprise “Ruzkhimmash”, in 2003 OJSC “Car-building company of Mordovia” was formed , and N.V. Burmistrov became general director.
Since 2000, N.V. Burmistrov is an honorary member of the Mordovian Republican Organization of the All-Russian Organization of Inventors and Rationalizers (VOIR). He has 10 patents of the Russian Federation, 30 patents for industrial designs and 17 scientific papers. After successfully defending a dissertation in 2001, he received the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
Nikolai Vasilievich is a member of the political party " United Russia ", is a member of the presidium of the political council of the Mordovian regional branch and deputy secretary of the political council of the Mordovian regional branch. Since 1994, three convocations in a row was elected as a deputy of the State Assembly of the Republic of Mordovia.
Rewards
For the successes achieved in production, he was awarded the title "Honored Machine Builder of the Republic of Mordovia." Nikolay Vasilyevich did a lot for the restoration and construction of churches, both Orthodox churches and Muslim mosques.
