History
Mentioned (like a village) from the 17th century ; originally part of the Undercity camp of the Bryansk district . Until 1764 - the possession of the Svensky monastery . Since 1752 - a village with the church of St. Michael the Archangel (the stone building of 1815 was partially preserved).
From the last quarter of the 18th century until 1922, the village was part of Trubchevsky Uyezd (from 1861 - as part of the Krasnoselsky volost , from 1910 in the Kokinsky volost ). At the end of the 19th century , a literacy school was opened.
In 1922 - 1929 - in Vygonichsky volost of Bezhitsky district ; since 1929 in the Vygonichi district, and during its temporary disbandment ( 1932 - 1939 , 1963 - 1977 ) - in the Bryansk region .
Until 1980, it was part of the Panikovets Village Council.
