History
It originated in the middle of the XIX century ; the former possession of the Grevs, the Grinevs, Khitrovo , etc.
Until 1929, it was part of Karachevsky district ( Verkhopolskaya , since 1924 Karachevsky volost ).
From 1919 to the 1930s . - The center of Babinsky Village Council.
