Roman Mikhailovich Pilipchuk ( April 27, 1967 , Snezhnoye , Donetsk Region ) is a Soviet and Ukrainian footballer who played in the position of striker , a football coach.

Career

Player Career

He began his football career at the Ivan Tekstilshchik club, which played in the second league . In 1989, Roman played 39 matches and scored 15 goals. The following year he was invited to the Dynamo Moscow . In the Premier League, he made his debut on April 1, 1990 in the match of the 5th round against the Kharkiv Metalist , coming on as a substitute in the 48th minute instead of Sergei Kiryakov [1] . In total, that season he spent 15 matches, scored 2 goals and became the bronze medalist of the championship. In 1991, in the first round of the championship, he played 6 matches and in July went to Vladikavkaz Spartak , in which he spent the second part of the championship. After the collapse of the USSR, Roman left the team and left for Israel . There he played for Maccabi clubs from Herzliya , Netanya and Petah Tikva . In total , he played 131 matches in the Israeli championship and scored 29 goals. In 2000, he returned to his homeland and signed a contract with Donetsk Metallurg . For 3 years, Roman played 65 matches, scoring 15 goals. In 2003, he retired at the age of 36.

Coach Career

In 2008, he worked as an assistant at Shinnik , in 2009 he headed the Moldavian Dacia , and in 2010 he was a senior coach at Baltika .

In 2011-2012, he worked in the coaching staff of the Moscow Dynamo . Then he was the head coach of the clubs "Olympic" (Donetsk) and "Spartak" (Jurmala) .

In July 2015, he became an assistant to Mubin Ergashev in the national team of Tajikistan [2] , while at the same time he led the youth national team of Tajikistan (under 21 years old) [3] .

In June 2016, he entered the coaching staff of Dmitry Alenichev at Spartak Moscow , and remained in the coaching staff after being appointed head coach of the Italian specialist Massimo Carrera [4] .

May 3, 2018 announced his resignation from Spartak and the desire to resume independent work [5] . In the 2018/19 season, he began working as an assistant to Rashid Rakhimov in the coaching staff of the Akhmat club .

On February 1, 2019, he was appointed head coach of Dynamo Minsk [6] . May 31, 2019 by agreement of the parties left his post [7] .

Personal life

July 21, 2017, the daughter of Pilipchuk Maria died at the age of 23 years [8] .
