Skryabino is a village in the Vygonichsky district of the Bryansk region , the administrative center of the Scriabin rural settlement . It is located 6 km northeast of the village of Vygonichi , on the M13 highway Bryansk-Gomel (designated as SLOBODA ). The population is 720 people ( 2010 ).

History
Mentioned (as a seltse ) from the 17th century ; former possession of the Bezobrazovyh , from the middle of the XIX century - E.F. Belonged to the parish of the village of Kokino ; in the 1880s a school was opened.
It was originally part of the Undercity camp of the Bryansk district ; from the last quarter of the 18th century to 1922 in the Trubchevsky district (from 1861 - as part of the Krasnoselsky volost , from 1910 in the Kokinsky volost ). In 1922 - 1929 in Vygonichsky volost of Bezhitsky district ; since 1929 in the Vygonichi district, and during its temporary disbandment ( 1932 - 1939 , 1963 - 1977 ) - in the Bryansk region .
Since the 1920s until 1980 in the Kokinsky village council. In 1964, the neighboring village of Nizhnyaya Sloboda was annexed to the village.
