Club

Adepoja, who was called in Spain by name, left Nigeria in 1989 to join Real Madrid , but could not get on the main team, limiting himself to playing for Real Madrid Castilla , the reserve team of Real. In the 1990/91 season, he played 37 games for her and scored 19 goals. In 1992, a Nigerian footballer moved to Racing from Santander . His debut season for the new club turned out to be successful: he scored 11 goals in the Segund and helped Racing return to Example , where he continued to play for the next three seasons.

Mutiu left for Real Sociedad in the 1996/97 season, where he spent a fairly successful first season, after which, basically, he tried his best to win a place in the basic composition of the Basque team. At the beginning of the 2001/02 season, he briefly represented Al-Ittihad from Saudi Arabia , but soon returned to Spain, where he spent a not-so-impressive season at Salamanca .

After two unsuccessful seasons in Turkey and Cyprus, Adepoju played in the lower leagues of Spain, after which he ended his career in 2006. After retiring, he returned to his first Shooting Stars team as an administrator.
