Count Vorontsov (who once worked for Pozhamchi) exerts pressure on the train to Pozhamchi and demands to secretly transfer part of the money from the sale of stones. He is planning an attack on GOKHRAN. German intelligence in the person of Otto Nolmar decides to disrupt the deal with Marchand, thereby weakening Russia. Vladimirov (Isaev) is arrested, and Nolmar tries to break the deal through Vorontsov (through the same Pozhamchi, for example). Meanwhile, in Moscow, Cheka employees are stepping on another employee, Shelehes, who also stole stones. His brother is a resident in Revel Roman.
