Biography
The son of the writer Alexander Alekseevich Plescheev and Anna Ivanovna , the daughter of Field Marshal Count I.G. Chernyshev . Cousin of the Decembrists Z. Chernyshev and F. Vadkovsky .
He was brought up at home until the age of 14, at the age of 15 he entered the Corps of Railway Engineers , from where on March 18, 1819 he was accepted as a cadet to the Horse Life Guards Regiment , in the same year he was promoted to standard junker on August 23, and on August 27, 1820 - to cornet , May 31, 1824 - on assignments . Member of the Northern Society (1823) and the St. Petersburg cell of the Southern Society .
After the uprising on Senate Square on December 31, 1825, an order was issued for his arrest, he was detained in Orel and taken to St. Petersburg to the main guardhouse on January 19, 1826, and on January 21 he was transferred to the Peter and Paul Fortress ( βimprisoned and kept strictly, but wellβ ) in a cell No. 29 of the Kronverksky curtain, from January 30 - to cell No. 11 of the Neva curtain.
