Cilipi ( Croatian Čilipi ) - a place in Croatia , administratively belongs to the Dubrovnik-Neretva county of Konavle municipality. Located 22 km from Dubrovnik and 5 km from the city of Cavtat . Known thanks to the airport of Dubrovnik .

History
Cilipi in 1426 became part of the Dubrovnik Republic , and over time received the status of a village. During the war between 1991 - 1992 almost the whole village was burned, and the inhabitants were expelled. The village was liberated from the invaders in the fall of 1992. The war left grave consequences and harm to cultural heritage.
