Description

It is a continuation of Karbysheva Street from the intersection to which Nekrasova Street approaches from the north side. Directed in the north-east direction, along the course gradually turns north. At the beginning of the street on the right side is the territory of the Military Technical University under the Federal Agency for Special Construction (VTU). In 2006, the Church of St. Nicholas [1] was built on the territory of VTU, which is available not only to cadets and teachers of the university, but also to residents of nearby neighborhoods.

On the left side of the street, there are residential houses of the eastern part of the Yuzhny microdistrict, built in the 70s-80s of the 20th century. On the right side are the residential buildings of the new quarter (microdistrict 27A), whose 6 panel houses have already been inhabited. In the north-east of the quarter, the construction of three monolith-brick 25-storey towers (residential complex "South Star") is being completed.

On the left side, Fadeev Street , which runs parallel to Entuziastov Highway , adjoins Tvardovsky Street at an acute angle. Tvardovskogo Street flows into the Enthusiasts Highway near the Makcity shopping center [2] , behind which the construction market and the territory of the garage-building cooperative are located.

Unfinished buildings now violate the harmonious look of modern residential buildings of the new quarter. The construction of the school did not begin.

Interesting Facts

One of the most significant cases of violations of the rights of private co-investors (housing holders) in Balashikha was the construction of the South Star LCD on Tvardovsky LCD residential complex of three 25-storey monolithic single-section buildings (buildings 9, 9A, 9B, mkr. 27A), which began in spring 2006 year (the initial date of commissioning of houses - 2 nd quarter of 2008 ). The first time unfinished construction was frozen in October 2008. In the future, construction was repeatedly resumed and then frozen again with a postponement of commissioning (2–3rd quarter of 2010 , at present - 2 nd quarter of 2012 ), becoming one of the most famous Balashikha protracted . Ecology

A little east of the intersection of Tvardovsky Street from Enthusiasts Highway, behind the MaxSiti hypermarket (Entuziastov n. 80) there was an old sand pit that eventually filled with water and turned into a pond surrounded by forest. There was a fish in it and waterfowl nested. In the summer of 2011, the water from it was pumped out by pumps, and the basin itself was filled with soil and construction debris. On the resulting site began to build another shopping complex. [four]
