Karbysheva Street - a street in the Southern district of the city of Balashikha, Moscow Region . Named in honor of the Lieutenant General of Engineering Troops of the Red Army , Hero of the Soviet Union Dmitry Mikhailovich Karbyshev ( 1880 - 1945 ).

Description
Departing from Leonovsky highway eastward. On the left side of the street are residential buildings in the western part of the Yuzhny microdistrict. On the right side are the buildings of the Moscow Regional Oncology Center (IODE). On August 31, 2006, the dean of the churches of Balashikha district, Archpriest Nikolai Pogrebnyak , ordained the blessing of the foundation stone of the future church of the icon of the Mother of God “The Tsaritsa” [1] on the territory of IODE.
In the middle part, Karbysheva Street bends in a southerly direction, after which it continues east again. To the south of the street is the territory of the Military Technical University at the Federal Agency for Special Construction (VTU). On the territory of VTU in 2006, the church of St. Nicholas was built [2] , which is accessible not only to cadets and university teachers, but also to residents of nearby neighborhoods. Karbyshev Street ends at the intersection where Nekrasov Street goes to the north, and Tvardovsky Street is the continuation of Karbyshev Street to the east.

On the street there are several public transport routes following from the Yuzhnaya bus station in the microdistrict. South. Most of these routes turn when leaving Leonovskoye Shosse to the right (north), towards the Enthusiasts highway . Only routes Nos. 29, 51 and 338 follow the southern direction, towards Zheleznodorozhny .
