Kotalipara ( Beng. কোটালীপাড়া , Eng. Kotalipara ) - a city and municipality in central Bangladesh , the administrative center of the same sub-district . The area of the city is 5.12 km². According to the 2001 census, there were 4824 people living in the city, of which men accounted for 50.95%, women - respectively 49.05%. The population density was 942 people. on 1 km ². The literacy rate of the population was 39.4% (with an average of 43.1% in Bangladesh).
