What Can I Say is the song of the Swedish metalcore band Dead by April , the second single from their debut album Dead by April and the fourth song on the album. The single includes three songs. The original song “What Can I Say”, a radio version where the scream parts were replaced with clean vocals and the song “My Savior”. The single was released only in Europe .
