Rainer Maria Wölki ( German Rainer Maria Woelki ; born August 18, 1956 , Cologne , Germany ) is a German cardinal. The titular bishop of Scampa and the auxiliary bishop of Cologne from February 23, 2003 to July 2, 2011. The Archbishop of Berlin from July 2, 2011 to July 11, 2014. The Archbishop of Cologne from July 11, 2014. The cardinal priest with the title of the church S. Giovanni Maria Vianney since February 18, 2012.
