Biography

Born in the city of Smolensk. Father - Kugel Ruvim Osipovich (1890-19.07.1970), mother - Kugel (girlhood - Virina) Sima Yakovlevna (1893-28.07.1970). Kugel Felix graduated from the 13th secondary school in the city of Smolensk. From childhood he became interested in aircraft modeling, was engaged in the circle of Osoaviahim . One of the childhood friends was Hero of the Soviet Union, Major General of Aviation Yakov Ilyich Vernikov . He was the winner of the All-Union competition of aircraft models in 1933. In " Pioneer Truth " for 1933, a note was published about Felix Kugel as the winner of these competitions.

Labor Activity

In 1936 he entered and in 1941 graduated from the full course of the Moscow Order of Lenin Aviation Institute. Sergo Ordzhonikidze ( MAI ) majoring in aircraft engineering with the qualification of mechanical engineer in aircraft engineering. According to the Komsomol ticket, Kugel F.R. was prescribed to work at the Irkutsk aircraft plant . The plant was the first Komsomol construction site in Eastern Siberia to be supervised by the Komsomol Central Committee.

On March 1, 1942, Felix Romanovich was transferred as a senior foreman, on November 1, 1942, as the head of the department, and on February 1, 1944, he was deputy. the head of the workshop, and from February 24, 1947 - the head of the workshop of factory No. 39, then the aircraft factory was called that. On December 3, 1954 he was appointed and. about. assistant director for the branch, and on March 1, 1961, the deputy was transferred. Chief Engineer of Plant No. 39 (in March 1963, Plant No. 39 was renamed the Irkutsk Engineering Plant). On September 25, 1963, the deputy was transferred. Director of Commercial Services.

On February 24, 1964 he was appointed chief engineer of the Irkutsk Engineering Plant, having worked in this position for almost 25 years. (In April 1975, the Irkutsk Engineering Plant was renamed the Irkutsk Aviation Plant ).

On November 21, 1988, he finished his career as a chief engineer and was transferred to a senior engineer, was appointed 1st category engineer to coordinate work with a branch of the plant in Ordzhonikidze . He worked in this position until his death in 1994.
