Park of Culture and Rest V. Ya. Stepanova is one of the parks in the city of Ivanovo . Located on the banks of the Uvod River, near the Tekstilshchik stadium . The area of ​​the park is 70 hectares.

Before the revolution, it was considered a site of pine forest and belonged to the factory owners Garelin . In 1917 it was included in the city limits. In 1925 it received the name "Park of Culture and Rest named. V. Ya. Stepanova ”in honor of V. Ya. Stepanov (1893-1920), a member of the Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies who died in 1920.

In 1959, a hoe of the 8th millennium BC was found in the park, and later Neolithic ceramics.
