Youth
Saffron was born in London , England , in a family of political activists.
Career
At age 17, Saffron began working as a model. She represented such famous brands as Chanel , Yves Saint Laurent and Vivienne Westwood . Her acting career began with the small role of the hippie in the drama " In the Name of the Father ." After she was invited to the film “ Circle of Friends, ” where her colleagues were Minnie Driver and Chris O'Donnell . She starred in the series “ Agents“ Shch.IT. ” as an agent Victoria Hand.
Personal life
In 1999, in an interview with Film Unlimited magazine, Saffron admitted that she was bisexual . For several years, she met with actress Fiona Shaw .
On the set of the film “ In the Name of the Father ”, Saffron and Daniel Day-Lewis began a novel, but the couple soon broke up.
It is also known that for several years she met with actor Alan Cumming and director Mike Figgis .
In August 2011, Saffron entered into same-sex marriage with screenwriter Alison Beillien, with whom she had been in a relationship for 3 years. In 2010, Burrows gave birth to a son, and on January 23, 2017, daughter Daisy Alice Winnie Baillien-Burroughs [1] .
