Tyutcheva Sloboda (Tyutcheva Slobodka, Tyutchevo) is a village in the Dubrovsky district of the Bryansk region , part of the Peklinsky rural settlement . Located 3 km north of the village of Peklino , 12 km south of the village of Dubrovka . The population is 13 people ( 2010 ).

Mentioned from the XVIII century . Located on the old Roslavl highway; in the middle of the 19th century a postal station was established here (later called Zhukovskaya ). In the XIX century - the possession of the Myasoedovs, Nebolsins, Kazelkins, etc. It was part of the parish of the village of Golubei ; from 1876 - the village of Aleshni , from 1887 - the village of Ryabchichi .
From 1861 to 1924 it entered the Salyn volost of Bryansk (from 1921 - Bezhitsky ) county; later in the Dubrovsky volost , Dubrovsky district (since 1929 ). Until 2005, it was a member of the Peklinsky Village Council; in 1954 - 1959 temporarily in Ryabchinsky, in 1959 - 1971 in the Salynsky village council.
