Zabelizna is a village in the Dubrovsky district of the Bryansk region , part of the Peklinsky rural settlement . It is located on the A141 highway, 1 km southeast of the village of Peklino , on the right bank of the Belizna river. The population is 134 people ( 2010 ).

Built in the 1920s .; It was initially considered part of the village of Peklino, later it was allocated as an independent settlement. She was a member of the Peklinsky village council, in 1954 - 1959 temporarily in Ryabchinsky, in 1959 - 1971 in the Salyn village council.
