Fenchuangj ( Beng. ফেঞ্চুগঞ্জ , English Fenchuganj ) - a city in the north-east of Bangladesh , the administrative center of the eponymous sub-district . The area of the city is 9.92 km². According to the 2001 census, 16,314 people lived in the city, of which 52.12% were men and 47.88% were women. The population density was 1645 people. on 1 km². The literacy rate of the population was 35.1% (compared to Bangladeshan average of 43.1%).
