Walter Maria de Silva ( Italian: Walter Maria de Silva ) is a car designer. He worked at the FIAT design center, was the head of the department of industrial design and car design at the IDEA Institute, headed the Alfa Romeo design center, and then the new Alfa Romeo Style Center. Since 1999, he worked at the Volkswagen Group: at first he was the head of the Seat Style Center, since 2002 he was responsible for the design of the “Audi group” (which included the brands Audi, Lamborghini and Seat), since 2007 he has been the chief designer of the Volkswagen Group [1] . In 2015, Walter de Silva left the company. [2]
